The 4.0 liter V8 biturbo in the Mercedes AMG GT R delivers 585 hp through a transaxle setup. In this configuration the gearbox sits on the rear axle to achieve an ideal weight distribution. Its 700 Nm of torque remains manageable thanks to active rear axle steering and a traction control system you can adjust yourself.
